Delegate Elections 2026 – Key Information

Dear Members,
we would like to inform you about the key dates and requirements for the upcoming election of national delegates. The final decision on the new election guidelines will be taken at the General Assembly on 31 January 2026.

1. Decision on Election Guidelines
The General Assembly will vote on the new guidelines for the election of national delegates on 31 January 2026.

2. Eligibility to vote:
Only members who have submitted their membership application by 31 December 2025 and have paid the 2026 membership fee (€5) before the start of the online elections (March 2026) are eligible to vote.

3. Nominations:
Nominations open on 1 February 2026. Each nomination must be supported by two members from the same country (exception for countries with fewer than 10 members).

4. Election procedure:
The election will take place online in each country and must be completed by 15 May 2026.
The Election Committee will supervise the entire process and confirm the results.
