Election 2026

Election of national delegates of the European Society
of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP)

Extension of the Nomination Deadline for the ESOP Delegate Elections

In order to ensure broad and fair participation from all countries in the ESOP delegate elections, the deadline for submitting nominations has been extended until 7 March, 12:00 am CET.
In recent days, it has become apparent that internal decision-making processes in several countries have not yet been fully completed. In particular, with regard to securing the required seconders, some national procedures are still ongoing and require additional coordination. Furthermore, a number of countries are currently in summer or winter holiday periods, which has made timely coordination and submission more challenging.
By extending the deadline, we aim to provide equal opportunity for all interested candidates to be properly nominated and to allow national processes to be concluded in a thorough and orderly manner.

We hope that this additional time will be actively used to submit further nominations and to contribute to a strong, diverse, and representative delegate election.

In my capacity as Vice-President of COSOPH DRC, I am submitting this nomination to ensure our national society is properly represented within the ESOP network.

Our organization operates as an independent national society in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In accordance with ESOP’s requirements, we confirm that our members are also registered with ESOP to ensure professional alignment. My objective is to maintain a formal and transparent bridge between the Congolese oncology pharmacy community and ESOP Global, ensuring that our national practice is officially recognized and integrated into international standards.
