Nawel Achiachi
I am Dr. Nawel Achachi, a 40-year-old Hospital-University Assistant Professor in Pharmacology and clinical pharmacy at the University of Batna 2 and the Anti-Cancer Center of Batna, Algeria. I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a specialization in Pharmacology, and I have dedicated my professional career to oncology pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, and academic development.
Since 2015, I have combined teaching, research, and hospital practice. I am actively involved in the education and supervision of pharmacy and medical students, while contributing to hospital activities including therapeutic drug monitoring, medical biology, and oncology pharmacy services, particularly within oncology, radiotherapy and central pharmacy units.
My professional journey includes residency training in pharmacology at the University of Algiers, with experience in pharmaco-toxicological control, bioequivalence studies, and pharmacological evaluation. I have completed advanced training in oncology pharmacy (ExCOP), pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics, pharmacovigilance, analytical method validation, and pharmacoeconomics, including international training experiences in France.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences focused on implementing a risk management plan to optimize the safe use of anticancer drugs and developing a clinical decision-support tool in oncology practice.
As an active member of ASCOP, ESOP, and SFPO, I am deeply committed to advancing safe and effective oncology pharmacy practice. Through my candidacy as ESOP Country Delegate, I aim to strengthen collaboration, professional development, and harmonization of oncology pharmacy standards at the European level.

Nehal Chahinez is a Professor assistant and researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Health Sciences of Algiers, specializing in pharmaceutical Sciences. She currently serves as Deputy Head of the Department of Industrial Pharmacy, where she oversees postgraduate studies and scientific research activities.
