Mirjam Crul
Mirjam Crul received her master in pharmacy in 1999. Subsequently, she worked as a research fellow at the Netherlands Cancer Institute which resulted in a PhD in 2002. She trained to become a hospital pharmacist from 2002-2006. Currently she is employed in the Amsterdam University Medical Center, where she supervises the aseptic compounding unit and has pharmaceutical responsibility for the oncology department. She is co-author of more than 100 peer reviewed scientific publications. She served as a board member for the Dutch Hospital Pharmacists Association (NVZA) from 2016 to 2019. At present, she holds a chair in the European Cancer Community Foundation board and is vice-president of the European Society of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP). Furthermore, she works as a post-graduate teacher on oncology and palliative care for community and hospitals pharmacists.

Kathleen Simons
I am a member of ESOP since 1999 and also the Dutch delegate. I worked as a hospital pharmacist in Amsterdam, Nieuwegein and Tilburg. Retired since 2021. Now working as a volunteer.
