Carla Carlos
I am a Specialist in Hospital Pharmacy, working as assistant at IPO PORTO, holding a Master’s degree in in Quality Control, in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology. She currently coordinates the Non-Cytotoxic Medicines Compounding Unit in a hospital setting, with responsibility for the development, standardization and verification of compounding practices She is also a member of the APFH board.

Patrícia Cavaco
Patrícia Cavaco, graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFUL), specialist in Hospital Pharmacy by the Ordem dos Farmacêuticos since 2011.
In October 2004, started working as a pharmacist at the Pharmaceutical Services of Hospital de Sta. Cruz and in November 2006 in the Pharmaceutical Services of the Hospital de S. Francisco Xavier, integrated in Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental. She has been appointed Coordinator of the oncology team at Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental since 2008.
Author / co-author of several scientific communications in the field of oncology, namely on the subject of drug interactions, older oncology patients, polypharmacy in cancer patients, pharmacovigilance and toxicity management in oncology.
Collaborates in the discipline of Hospital Pharmacy I and II of the Integrated Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, since 2014.
Collaborates in the discipline of Clinical Pharmacy in the Integrated Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia since 2008
Collaborates with the discipline of Pharmacotherapy II of the Integrated Master of Egas Moniz School of Health & Science since 2021.
Author and co-author of several scientific articles, posters, and oral presentations in the field of oncology.
