David James Boardman González
I am honored to submit my candidacy to contribute to the European Society of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP). As a healthcare professional committed to excellence in oncology pharmacy, I strongly believe in ESOP’s mission to promote high standards of practice, education, research, and patient safety across Europe. I respectfully submit this declaration with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to advancing the mission and objectives of ESOP, contributing actively and responsibly to its continued growth and impact across Europe.

Espinosa-Bosch, María
I am honoured to submit my self-declaration as a candidate for ESOP delegate and would be pleased to contribute to ESOP’s mission if elected.
I am a hospital pharmacist in a public hospital in Málaga, Spain, with a clinical and scientific profile focused mainly on oncology and oncohaematology. A substantial part of my work is dedicated to optimising pharmacotherapy in patients with haematological and solid tumours, supporting evidence-based clinical decisions, and contributing to the safe and effective use of anticancer medicines in routine practice.
My professional interests include early clinical development, evaluation of therapeutic innovation, and critical appraisal of the scientific literature, always with the aim of translating evidence into better patient care. I am particularly interested in the role of hospital pharmacists in multidisciplinary cancer care, including treatment selection, safety monitoring, adherence support, and coordination with oncology and haematology teams.
I am also strongly involved in education and continuous professional development for hospital pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, especially in oncohaematology and advanced pharmacotherapy. I regularly contribute to training activities and scientific discussions, with a practical and collaborative approach.
If elected, I would contribute to ESOP with commitment, scientific rigor, and active collaboration, helping to strengthen oncology and oncohaematology pharmacy practice, professional development, and international exchange across European hospital pharmacy.

Marta Gilabert Sotoca
I, Marta Gilabert, Specialist in Hospital Pharmacy, hereby formally submit my candidacy to serve as the Spanish Delegate to the European Society of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP Global).
I have more than ten years of professional experience dedicated to Oncology Pharmacy within the hospital setting.
Throughout my career, I have provided comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients across different levels of care, including inpatients, day hospital patients, and ambulatory patients. This experience has allowed me to develop a broad and integrated perspective of the oncological pharmacotherapy process, always focused on treatment safety, effectiveness, and patient-centered care.
I strongly believe that Oncology Pharmacy is a continuously evolving field that requires ongoing education, international cooperation, and a firm commitment to improving quality of care.
My motivation to actively participate in ESOP is twofold. On one hand, I am eager to learn from the perspectives, experiences, and professional models developed in other countries, enriching my own professional vision. On the other hand, I would like to share the experience and healthcare model from our national context, contributing to knowledge exchange and strengthening our profession at an international level.
Sincerely,

Garbiñe Lizeaga
I have served as national delegate during past years and charged by GEDEFO to continue.

Estela Moreno
As an oncology pharmacist actively involved in GEDEFO–SEFH, and with experience collaborating with other professional societies, I would be honoured to continue serving as GEDEFO’s delegate within ESOP.
I believe that maintaining and strengthening this collaboration is essential to advancing oncology pharmacy practice. I would be pleased to continue contributing to working groups such as Home Administration and QUAPOS, as well as supporting initiatives that enhance the visibility and impact of oncology pharmacists within multidisciplinary teams.
It would be a privilege to continue representing GEDEFO within ESOP and to further strengthen our joint efforts at an international level.
