Rasha Wahdan
Rasha Elsayed Alaaeldin Wahdan, B.sc , BCPS, BCIDP, MBA, is a Senior Clinical Pharmacist based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with over 17 years of experience in tertiary healthcare settings across the UAE and Egypt. She is board-certified in Pharmacotherapy and Infectious Diseases and currently practices in a highly specialized Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), cellular therapy, and hematology service.
Her professional focus includes antimicrobial stewardship, management of immunocompromised patients, and advanced pharmacotherapy in HSCT and CAR-T therapy. She actively contributes to clinical governance, policy development, and accreditation readiness processes, including FACT standards. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she serves in regulatory and academic advisory roles, supporting healthcare standards and structured pharmacy training programs.
Rasha has contributed to peer-reviewed scientific work and has presented abstracts at international meetings, including the American Society of Hematology (ASH). She holds an MBA with emphasis on healthcare leadership, quality, and organizational development.
As an active member of the European Society of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP), she is committed to aligning oncology pharmacy practice with international standards and fostering collaboration between oncology pharmacists across regions. She is particularly interested in advancing clinical oncology pharmacy practice, therapeutic drug monitoring, and structured education initiatives within multidisciplinary cancer care.
