18. Sommerakademie DGOP

With its “Sommerakademie”, the DGOP aims to give young colleagues an insight into the pharmaceutical care of cancer patients while they are still studying.
In addition to an introduction to the technical basics, the focus is on the communication skills required when dealing with patients and on the self-image of the consultant, i.e., the basis for authentic care.

In accordance with the DGOP principle of interdisciplinary cooperation, this weekend is jointly organized by pharmacists, oncologists, other healthcare professionals, and an artist. Working together for the benefit of the patient.
